On June 16, elBulli’s legendary Chef Ferran Adria will be coming to town to reveal his new 7-volume book set elBulli 2005-2011 to Hong Kong and Dim Sum & Then Some has passes to get you front and center with one of the world’s greatest ever culinary masterminds!

elBulli 2005-2011 is a journey inside the creative process of Ferran Adria and the chance to uncover the secrets of the world’s most innovative kitchens. With one volume for each of the seven seasons the restaurant was open between 2005 and 2011, the collection features over 750 detailed recipes created during the period with beautiful colour photographs and texts written, edited and extensively tested by Ferran and his team.
