For one week, from 22 – 26 October, to celebrate the arrival of Guest Chef Michel, KEE will be extending a one week trial membership (22nd of October – 26th of October, 2013) and booking privileges to all Dim Sum & Then Some readers. From Taillevent in Paris to L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong, Chef Michel has accumulated a whopping 12 Michelin stars and his glittering autumn menus at KEE are set to sweep you off your feet. A 5-course tasting menu featuring Scallops Carpaccio, Mushroom Ravioli with Black Truffles, Half-Salted Cod, Duck Foie Gras and more, paired with Sarment fine wines, is priced at HK$1200 per person, while an 8-course Gourmand Menu filled with even more decadent delights is priced at HK$1800.
