After leading her team to win the highly coveted Tea Guild’s “Top London Afternoon Tea 2010” award (often referred to as the OSCAR of the tea world), with her delicate and breathtaking pastries, Cherish Finden’s specially created Bijoux Afternoon Tea is set to sparkle on even the most discerning palates.

All that Glitters
For one week only, Monday, May 23 – Sunday, May 29, book in for tea at The Langham’s traditionally elegant Palm Court and experience a legendary Bijoux Afternoon Tea that will knock your rocks off! Start with a selection of savoury sandwiches including Atlantic prawns with fennel and crème fraÎche, Smoked Scottish salmon with horseradish and capers, and Foie gras and truffle parfait.  Then get your Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry preserve ready to spread onto a variety of scones including the classic Bedford style and unique versions featuring raisins soaked in Louis Roederer or chocolate and marinated orange. Lastly, dip into a dream selection of jewel box delights including Asprey diamonds, Baccarat eclipse, Chanel pearls, Délices de Cartier and Bulgari B.zero, in stunning edible form.
