One of the most highly anticipated designer collaborations of all time, LANVIN for H & M, is set to make its debut in Hong Kong on Tuesday, November 23rd. Fashion editors around the world have been waiting with baited breath to see what creative visionary Alber Elbaz of LANVIN, has in-store and a special teaser video and selected photos have just been released to the international press to give us a sneak peak. Women can expect to find dresses in breathtaking cuts and vibrant colours, as well as pieces inspired by Parisian glamour and accessories with playful joie de vivre. For men, it’s updated classics, tuxedos made for daytime and a whole new sporting inspired twist. Thinking of sleeping on the streets to secure your favourite piece?  You might have to! Doors will open at 8am and the first 320 people will receive a bracelet indicating a specific time for you to return for entry. From his work on the interiors of Tazmania Ballroom to his one-day-only namesake pop-up café last week to the launch of his new collection “Industry” in Lane Crawford, award-winning British furniture designer Tom Dixon has been making headlines all around town this year. As exhibited in last week’s pop-up café, his latest collection includes solid wood, stackable café chairs, benches made from the waste generated by standard wooden furniture manufacture and unique and mind-blowing lighting fixtures.  (Pacific Place Home Store, Shop 126, 88 Queensway, Admiralty)
