Love At First Bite

Sexy, sumptuous and so good looking you’ll want to faint. Zuma has arrived, and girl, you’d better get ready to be swept off your Louboutins. It’s time to slip into a hot little number and set out to stop traffic.

Sprawling over a 10,000 square-foot split level space in the Landmark, Zuma, the bigger, hunkier brother to its hugely successful London counterpart, brings a completely new take on Japanese dining to Hong Kong. Award winning chef and co-founder Rainer Becker adds a sophisticated twist on the Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. Dishes are beautifully presented with a focus on sharing…just how we like it. And oh, the choices… succulent lobster tempura, sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, and tender wagyu beef with soy and wasabi.

Not just a pretty face, but entertaining too. Zuma boasts a Sushi Counter and a Robata Counter, both of which will invite guests to watch their meals being freshly prepared. The Robata grill will offer a fine selection of meats, seafood and seasonal vegetables served with Zuma’s signature sauces, while the Sushi Bar will tempt diners with a variety of market fresh sashimi, nigiri and maki. Plus, a resident Sake Kikizakeshi will be on hand to serve premium sake by the glass.

After dinner, show off your moves upstairs at the lounge and bar where DJs will provide the tunes to your sake-fuelled dancing. Prefer to have a deep and meaningful conversation? Choose from over 2,000 bottles of wine or delectable Japanese-inspired cocktails to get your thoughts flowing. And you don’t have to wait all day to satiate your appetite. A selection of savory and sweet snacks will be available in the lounge from morning ’til night, as well as the full menu from the restaurant during lunch and dinner, leaving you more than satisfied.

Want to get your little ménage-a-deux out in the open? Head outside to Zuma’s unique and exclusive all-year-round outdoor terrace where you can dine with a bit of privacy from the bustling urban sprawl beneath. Get starry-eyed with moonlit cocktails, as you lounge on plush white cushions and go in for a second round of scrumptious bites.

Sophisticated, dashing, thoughtful and delicious…the town’s newest hottie will have you coming back for more.
