The competition is fierce, the talent unparalleled, and fans from around the globe will have tummies rumbling, corks popping and hearts fluttering with excitement. Super Bowl? We were talking about the one and only Hong Kong Restaurant Week. The spread’s in your favour… Dim Sum & Then Some readers will get exclusive access to the Restaurant Week online booking system starting Monday morning at 10:00am, 2 FULL DAYS before anyone else in the city!

Exclusive! Restaurant Week Kick-OffDiningCity Hong Kong Restaurant Week will run from February 25 – March 3 2013 offering access to online reservations at over 70 of the city’s most sought after dining spots. To celebrate the biggest foodie event of the season, each Restaurant Week restaurant will create a special 3-course menu featuring exclusive signature dishes for both Lunch and Dinner.

You can expect every place you go to wow you with VIP treatment and service as Restaurant Week diners are encouraged to submit reviews of their experience, and all participating restaurants are competing to be voted in as the top spot (last summer’s #1 was Chez Patrick). No matter what your budget and tastes, you’ll find a Restaurant Week choice to please your palate. For one-week only, prices start from just HK$98 for Lunch and HK$258 for Dinner, including a mouthwatering appetizer, entrée and dessert!

Restaurants on the Hot List this year include: Tantalizing tapas hotspot Boqueria, newly-opened meat mecca The Salted Pig, fresh and fun Sal Curioso, beautifully designed The Food Academics, intimately delicious BCN, Sicilian standout Messina, and Michelin-starred Cantonese charmer Yu Lei. Not to mention sizzling steak spots Blue Butcher, BLT Steak and Shore, Causeway Bay private kitchen Le Marron, Wanchai institution The Pawn, and the much-adored Mistral and WHISK in TST.

All Restaurant Week reservations can be booked online and will open to the public on February 6th at 4pm. However, Dim Sum & Then Some has partnered with DiningCity once again to offer Exclusive Access and Priority Bookings to our readers.

As the city’s savviest diners, drinkers and party-goers, Dim Sum & Then Some readers will have the chance to begin making Restaurant Week reservations on Monday, February 4th at 10:00am, 2 FULL DAYS before anyone else in HK.
