And neither do the chefs at The Manor, The St. Regis Maca0’s multi-experience restaurant, comprised of five distinctive offerings to suit your occasion du jour.  Book in at The Dining Room or The Wine Gallery for exquisite fine dining, The Verandah, for bistro-style fare in an indoor European garden, or The Penthouse Kitchen or The Library for personalized dining experiences with an interactive chef-led open kitchen.

To allow you to customize the meal even further, this month The Manor is launching a Bespoke Lunch experience, allowing each diner to select any three dishes from the entire menu to enjoy any day of the week. All you have to do is choose your favourite three from specialties like Russian King Crab with Miso Cream, Agnei Iberico Lamb with Sheep’s Yogurt, Quinoa and Hazelnuts, and Seared Spanish Rib-Eye with Spiced Eggplant and The Manor’s expert chefs will whip them up and serve them in the order you prefer, starting from just HK$288.
