NOBU Launches Donburi Lunch + The City’s First Authentic Kobe BeefFoodies from Honolulu to HK know that when they want to get the very best of Japanese cuisine, there’s nowhere more sublimely innovative and deliciously divine than NOBU.  But just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the chefs at NOBU Hong Kong have taken summer fine dining to the next level by bringing you not one but two incredible special menus.

Ready to be bowled over?  Dig into NOBU’s brand new Donburi Lunch, featuring a delectable selection of the traditional Japanese rice bowls with NOBU’s signature innovative twists and South American influences.  The menu features both hot and cold Donburi dishes including the NOBU Style Sashimi Jalapeno Donburi, Duck Breast and Moro Miso Eggplant Donburi and seriously decadent “Loco Moco” Foie Gras and Wagyu Donburi (all Donburi served with Salad, Miso Soup and Oshinko, prices range from HK$200 – HK$628, available through September 30, 2012).

Want to raise the steaks a little more? Until the end of August, NOBU Hong Kong will showcase a special 5-course Kobe Beef Omakase Menu featuring four beef dishes ranging from Tartar and New Style Sashimi to Tataki, Sumi Yaki and Sushi, plus dessert (HK$1,688 + 10% service).  In an exclusive agreement, NOBU is the first restaurant in the city to serve authentic Kobe (Wagyu) Beef, which is exported directly from Kobe, Japan and will only be available in limited quantities after the promotion ends.
