Healthy Snack Recipe: Protein Balls

1 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup dates
1 scoop Sun Warrior protein powder
2 tablespoon of raw organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Coconut flakes for garnish


STEP 1 – Soak the dates and macadamias in water for at least an hour
STEP 2 – Drain the water from the dates and macadamias and add them into a food processor. Add all other ingredients into the processor as well.
STEP 3 – Blend all ingredients together, add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil if the mixture is not doughy enough.
STEP 4 – Roll 1 tablespoon worth of mixture into a ball, and then roll in coconut flakes.

Store in the freezer, one batch can last up to 2 weeks.

*Genie’s Tip: No need to let them defrost, you can eat them straightaway!
