Getting Steak To The Point If you don’t eat meat, read no further.  If succulent, mouthwatering steak cooked to perfection isn’t your cup of tea, turn away now. Hailing from Las Vegas, the much loved, award winning steak house, Carnevino, has now opened its doors in Hong Kong and is ready to knock the socks off the city’s serious meat lovers.  Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich have brought this dazzling powerhouse to the heart of Central where it provides exquisite steak house dining in classic surroundings.  Not-to-be-missed dishes include the Braised and Seared Octopus with Limoncello and Chile, House Made Ricotta with Gooseberries and Honey, House Specialty dry-aged Fiorentina, Rib Eye and New York Strip steaks and Grilled Mediterranean Branzino Fillet with White Beans and Basil. If you’re going big with the steak (and we recommend you do!) then it has the sumptuous sides to match with highlights including Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes with Pork Jowl and Poached Duck Egg and Creamed Corn with Lime Salt.  Don’t forget to save room for dessert as the Chocolate Torte with Cherry Ice cream is a winner.

No beating around the bush.  This is how steak should be done.
