Get A Pizza ThisWhether it’s Romana or Napolitana, Margherita or Siciliana, you love them all and quite simply, there’s nothing that can be more gratifying than a deliciously hearty pizza.  Available straight out of the oven right by your office doorstep?  Well that would be heaven sent.  Which is why Pizza Express decided to take their winning recipes over to IFC and set up a pop-up restaurant.  At this cutting edge hotspot, orders are taken on iPads, the wine system is enomatic and the art is by Stuart Semple provided by the Cat Street Gallery. You can sink your teeth into signature treats including Pizza Bufala ($138) a light summery pizza made with the freshest and creamiest buffalo mozzarella, sweet cherry tomatoes and basil, Pizza Amatriciana (HK$124) a homage to the classic pasta dish made with smoky pancetta, red onions, tangy tomatoes and a hint of spice, and Pizza Da Morire (HK129) the award winning international favourite which includes smoked pancetta, gorgonzola, leeks and rosemary.  Whatever you do, make sure to save room for dessert as Pizza Express have unleashed their pizza de resistance, Dough Balls with Nutella.  Yes that’s right, their much-loved dough balls can now be accompanied with everyone’s favourite decadent hazelnut delight.  Did someone say GENIUS?
