The Ritz-Carlton’s Tosca Launches Italian Cooking ClassesItalians are equally known for their suave, debonair charm and charisma as they are for their innate mastery of all things culinary and unbelievably delicious. You’ve got the charm down to a T (or so you’ve been told) but when it comes to the food, you’ve done a little too much mangia e beve and not quite enough actual cooking. Enter Chef Vittorio Lucariello of The Ritz-Carlton’s Tosca, an angel from culinary heaven (aka Naples),who is ready to bestow tips, tidbits and secret recipes from his 25+ years of legendary Italian cooking. Get ready to hit the wet markets solo after learning the all-important skill of selecting high quality fresh ingredients using solely sight, smell and touch. Master preparation of dishes entirely from scratch and enhance your general cooking skills so you can easily recreate a palate pleasing Italian feast, even in your very own miniscule HK kitchen.

Chef Lucariello’s cooking classes will be held on the last Saturday of the month, every other month, at The Chef’s Table. Each class will focus on a different region of Italy, from Sicily to Sardinia, and will include an appetizer main course and dessert, all of which can be enjoyed afterwards, along with an equally indulgent view, in Tosca’s 102nd floor private dining room.

Bring all the Italian charm you can muster and get your spatulas ready…la cucina awaits!
