Authentic Tapas Hotspot Opens on Peel St¡Fantástico! ¡Increíble! ¡Maravilloso! That’s right, it’s finally happened.  A little bit of one of your favourite cities, Barcelona, has finally come to you.  We welcome BCN with open arms and an excited palate as Head Chef Edgar Sanuy Barahona gets ready to surprise, delight and tantalize from his kitchen in this authentic hideaway in the heart of Central.  With only 12-seats available around a cosy tapas bar, each guest is treated to one of three set menus including a nine-course Special Chef set (HK$680), a Trip to Spain set featuring Spanish classics ($580) and a Paella set ($480).  Not to be missed dishes include the Iberico ham croquettes, the fried short noodles in a tomato seafood broth (amazing!) and the suckling pig, slow cooked for over ten hours to perfection. Get ready to be transported to a thriving side street tapas bar in the heart of Barcelona… now there’s a reason to bailar!
