Designed by the hotel’s new executive chef Pedro Samper, who hails from multiple 3 Michelin-starred kitchens in San Sebastian, and served in The Langham’s newly redesigned modern and enchanting Palm Court, this is one afternoon tea experience you won’t want to miss. Start with sublime Raspberry and Rose Foie Gras Lollipops with almonds, followed by refreshing Akagai Clam and Tuna Ceviche with tomato cilantro and lime, 48-month aged acorn fed Iberico Belotta Ham with daiquiri-infused melon, Lobster Grissini with Marie Rose sauce and avocado, and Balik-style Salmon with caviar and crème fraîche. The delectable experience continues with a hand picked selection of fine English cheeses served with crackers, lavash bread, homemade jams and dried fruits.
